1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online store.

A consumer within the meaning of these Terms & Conditions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the button “Buy Now” or another similarly labeled order button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the products contained in the shopping cart.

After your order has been received, you will initially receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. This does not yet constitute acceptance of the contractual offer unless expressly stated otherwise.

The contract is only concluded once we accept your order through a separate order confirmation by e-mail or by shipping the goods.

We reserve the right to reject orders in individual cases where objective reasons exist.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices stated in the online store are final prices.

Additional shipping costs — where applicable — are displayed separately during the ordering process and on the corresponding shipping page.

The available payment methods will be shown during checkout.

The selected payment method will be charged at the time the contract is concluded or shortly thereafter, depending on the chosen payment method.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer during the ordering process.

Shipping and returns processing are handled via an external logistics and returns service provider based in Germany.

Information regarding delivery times is provided to the best of our knowledge but is non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Should a product exceptionally become unavailable or delivery be delayed, we will inform the customer without undue delay.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to the statutory rights of withdrawal insofar as these are not legally excluded.

In addition, the conditions regarding returns, refunds, and complaints published on our website shall apply.

Important Notice Regarding Perfumes

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, opened, used, or unsealed perfumes are excluded from returns and — where legally permissible — from the right of withdrawal.

A withdrawal or return is only possible if the goods are:

  • unopened

  • unused

  • originally sealed

  • and returned within the specified period

Where we voluntarily grant an extended return policy, only the conditions stated on our website shall apply.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed or legally required.

6. Defects and Complaints

If goods are delivered damaged, defective, or incomplete, we kindly ask customers to contact us before returning the goods so we can review and resolve the matter quickly and efficiently.

Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

7. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Liability

We shall be fully liable:

  • for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health

  • in cases of intent and gross negligence

  • and in cases where liability is mandatory by law

In the event of slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations (so-called cardinal obligations), liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Applicable Law

The laws of Switzerland shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), unless mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the customer has their habitual residence provide otherwise.

10. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions be wholly or partially invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
