Important Notice Before Returning

For perfume bottles, our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial applies: You can take your time to try your fragrance. If you don’t like it, you can return it within 30 days.

30-Day Risk-Free Trial (Perfume Bottles)

Try your fragrance risk-free for 30 days. If you’re not convinced or the fragrance simply isn’t right for you, you can easily return the perfume bottle within 30 days.

Returns can be initiated through our Returns Portal.

Right of Withdrawal (EU, from June 19, 2026)

You can withdraw from your purchase electronically — without creating an account and in just a few clicks. Use Support → Withdraw from Contract in the footer or our Returns Portal. You will receive a confirmation of receipt by email.

Start & Send Your Return

Returns can only be initiated through our Returns Portal — there you can start your return, select the items and receive the return address (7peppas GmbH, Düsseldorf) as well as the shipping instruction Self-Shipping (return shipping costs are paid by the customer).

Have your order number and email address or postal code ready, then return the goods according to the instructions provided in the Returns Portal.

Refund

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned goods — usually within a few days — to the original payment method.
