Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy / Risk-Free Testing

To allow you to test your fragrance without risk, we include a matching fragrance sample of the ordered perfume with every order.

This allows you to try the scent first without opening the original bottle.

If the fragrance does not meet your expectations, you may return the unopened, unused, and originally sealed bottle within 30 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, opened, used, or unsealed perfumes cannot be returned.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Do You Offer Returns?

Yes — unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:
Opened or used perfumes are excluded from returns.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Ordered the Wrong Product by Mistake?

No problem.
Unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

In this case, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the product has been received, inspected, and confirmed to be unopened, unused, and originally sealed — usually within a few business days.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
