Important notice before sending items back

Opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons. This applies to all products — including samples and the Discovery Set.

30 days / try risk-free (full bottles)

Every full-size bottle includes a free Discovery Set — try the scent without opening the bottle. Unopened bottles may be sent back within 30 days.

Withdraw from contract (EU, from 19 June 2026)

You may withdraw electronically — no login required, in a few clicks. Under Support → Withdraw from contract in the footer or our returns portal. You receive a confirmation email.

Start a return & send items back

Returns are only possible via our returns portal — start there, select items, and receive the return address (7peppas GmbH, Düsseldorf) plus own return shipping instructions (customer pays shipping).

Have your order number and email or postal code ready. Then send back unopened, unused goods.

Refund

Refund after inspection of unopened goods — usually within a few days, to the original payment method.

Legal notice

Withdrawal within 14 days (statutory) or 30 days (voluntary for unopened bottles), provided goods are unopened and unused. Opened perfumes: Section 312g (2) No. 3 German Civil Code (BGB).
