How long does shipping to my address take?
Your order will usually arrive 2–3 business days after we receive your payment.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Germany is always free.
For all other countries, international shipping applies. The applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Where do you ship?
We ship to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and internationally.
Please note: Shipping is free within Germany.

Do you accept returns?
So you can try your fragrance risk-free, we include a sample of the perfume you ordered with every order. This way, you can test the scent first without opening the original bottle.
If you don’t like the scent, you can return the unopened and unused original bottle to us within 30 days of receipt.
For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned.

Did you accidentally order the wrong item?
No problem. You can return unopened products to us. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
A refund will be issued as soon as we receive and inspect the unopened item—usually within a few days.

Opened fragrances are still excluded from returns.

Where should I apply the perfume for the best effect?
Spray from a distance of 10-15 cm onto the neck, nape of the neck or wrists – not onto clothing and not too much at once.
